24 Hour Refund Window

Refunds are available within 24 hours of purchase โ€” no complicated process, no long wait.

Speaki is committed to your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we make it easy to request a refund within 24 hours.

How to Request a Refund

Email us within 24 hours

Send your refund request to hello@speaki.co within 24 hours of your original purchase.

Include your purchase details

Include your name, the email address used for purchase, and the course or membership you would like refunded.

We process your refund

We will process your refund promptly. Refunds typically appear within 3โ€“7 business days depending on your payment method and provider.

What's Eligible for a Refund

  • All course purchases requested within 24 hours of the original transaction
  • Membership purchases requested within 24 hours of the original transaction
  • Webinar or masterclass purchases within 24 hours, if the event has not yet taken place

What's Not Eligible

  • Refund requests made more than 24 hours after purchase
  • Webinars or masterclasses that have already taken place
  • Partial refunds for partially completed courses

Cancelling Your Membership

You may cancel your Speaki membership at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period โ€” you will retain full access until then.
